​Parents and early childhood educators have limited time and limited experience teaching music. By making an earnest connection and having fun, I am able to teach music literacy, expression, and performance with levity. 

In Seattle Schools, Preschools, and Homes.

I teach at Concordia Lutheran School in Wedgewood, with children K-8th grade; 

I visit Our Beginning Preschool in Ballard, with children from 4 months through 5 years old;

And I have elementary age students and adults I visit in their homes to teach and play music.

"Our three year old had a fondness for Teacher Wesley and his music lessons from the start. He would look forward to it every week!  Over the weekends, he would mimic Teacher Wesley's lessons for us, and began showing a curiosity for live music and different instruments. We bought him a ukulele and although neither of us could play it, he would put on a show for us. Our youngest son likewise has gravitated to Teacher Wesley's singing, and playing without distraction.  We are so grateful that he has fostered an appreciation and love for music in our boys at such a young age, and look forward to his ongoing influence weekly."
